The bright chrome eye rotates and provides a secure connection point for all your restraint needs. These cuffs are lined with 4 mil. fabric bonded neoprene. This neoprene provides ideal padding, not too slippery but still soft. And is washable. These cuffs are a stylish match with many Scott Paul products such as spreader bars, gags, and collars. Available in wrist or ankle sizes. Both wrist and ankle cuffs are available in locking or non-locking types. The locking cuffs come with two quality chrome padlocks and four keys. The Scott Paul locking system has a unique post and buckle design. This allows the cuffs to be used without the padlocks being in place.

The locking cuffs are $10 extra and may take up to a week for shipping.
