Here at Leatherpost.com, we do our best to provide the best quality products and the best service we can. We have a great selection of over 1000 items, and over 100 of our best sellers are in stock and ready to ship within 24-48 hours of ordering.
Orders placed over the weekend, custom orders, and/or orders with temporarily out-of-stock items require extra time and will be shipped as soon as possible. We will let you know if an item is temporarily unavailable and do our best to inform you of the expected date of delivery. We know you will be happy with the products we offer, and the wait will have been worth it.
We strive to make shipping as reasonable and fair as possible for you and Leatherpost.com. The shipping rate schedule (see shipping charts below) has been created with this in mind, and is therefore calculated BEFORE any discounts or coupons
PACKAGE DISCRETION:
We respect your privacy and try our best to be as discreet as possible. All orders from Leatherpost.com are shipped in plain packaging using a return address of "LP". Furthermore, we do not give, rent, or sell customer information to other companies, or share any of your private information with anyone outside our company.
OVERDUE SHIPMENTS:
For shipments within the United States, our policy is to wait 15 business days before declaring an order lost. For international and overseas shipments, we wait 30 business days before declaring an order lost. We suggest checking with your local postal or customs office, as many times an order may be held there. If your order has not arrived within these periods, please email info@LeatherPost.com with your Full Name, Order # and address, and we will do everything in we can to help you locate your package. Depending on the shipping method used, we may be able to provide you with tracking information.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING; WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
Our primary method of shipping for U.S. domestic and Canadian orders is the United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx Ground, depending on the contents, and orders are generally delivered in approximately 2-7 business days. Consequently, it is very important that you provide a valid street address. Special arrangements for alternative shipping methods can be made by contacting us. Please note, orders shipped to a P.O. Box will be sent via USPS, as FedEx does not ship to post office boxes.
UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS:
Packages returned as unclaimed, undeliverable, refused, or require re-shipping, which incur additional shipping charges will be billed to your credit card.

If the weight of the shipment exceeds the set shipping cost you will be notified of the additional cost, and charged the actual cost of the shipment.
Overweight shipments will override even Free Shipping.
FREE SHIPPING:
Free Shipping offers are Not valid for packages weighing 10 pounds or more, or for international orders. We will charge you the actual shipping cost for packages weighing 10 pounds or more.
LEATHER & RUBBER CLOTHING:
Most leather & rubber clothing with item numbers beginning with "C" will take 3 to 4 weeks to ship. These items are made-to-order (not custom) in London and extra delivery time is required.
AROMAS:
These products are sold as video head or leather cleaner/stripper only and are not for human consumption. Please use in a well-ventilated area only.
In the United States, due to the nature of these products, they will be shipped FedEx Ground. Generally, ethyl sprays cannot go USPS.
We CANNOT accept international orders for liquid or spray aromas.
DVDS:
We only carry videos from studios whose models/performers are at least 18 years old, and keep legal documentation of their performer's ages on file, where applicable by law.
Unless otherwise requested, DVDs are shipped using USPS or FedEx, whichever is best suited to your order and lowest cost.
According to various county and state restrictions, we cannot ship adult videos depicting explicit sexual situations (this does not include posing magazines) to the following destinations:
- Florida (We can ship statewide, EXCEPT for Jacksonville and Tallahassee, which are restricted)
- Mississippi – completely restricted
- North Carolina – completely restricted
- Ohio (We can ship statewide, EXCEPT for Cincinnati, which is restricted)
- Tennessee – completely restricted
- Texas (We can only ship to Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Fort Worth, Corpus Christi, El Paso and Austin)
- Utah – completely restricted
- US territories and possessions (Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, the Marianas Islands etc.) – completely restricted
- Government institutions, including military bases and prisons.
OVERSEAS / INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING;
OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES
For international orders, we ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) Mail or FedEx. International shipping starts at $10.75 for Canadian orders and $15.75 for Overseas/International orders, and is based on the value of your order and includes a small handling fee.
- USPS International First-Class or Global Priority is generally used to ship orders valued under $250.00 outside of the United States. This method cannot be tracked, and we cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via this method. Allow approximately 2-3 weeks for the order to reach customs.
- USPS Global Express is our default shipping method for orders valued over $250.00. Packages shipped via USPS Global Express can be tracked; allow 5-10 business days for the order to reach customs.
- FedEx shipping is available on special request. Packages shipped via FedEx can be tracked; allow 5-10 business days for the order to reach customs. This method is rather costly for international orders.
We can accommodate other private carriers for a higher level of priority express handling. We will bill you for the shipping charges while these companies will bill you for import duties and handle the customs clearance. This can be done by special arrangement. HOWEVER, please be aware that this service is even more expensive. Please contact us directly to make these arrangements.

INTERNATIONAL CHARGES:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. The billing address on your order MUST match the billing address associated with your credit card.
Your package is shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid); your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. These fees are your responsibility, and are not included in our shipping charges. Our customers tell us that fees are not collected consistently on small parcels.
INTERNATIONAL REFUNDS:
Refunds/exchanges are not offered for international orders, or for seized shipments that are not returned to us.

INTERNATIONAL RISK:
Ordering Adult Material Internationally is at your own risk. It is your responsibility to abide by the laws of your country as applies to the items we sell, and you assume full responsibility for any items held by customs or not delivered for any reason.
Various countries enforce special restrictions, and certain mail carriers will not accept certain packages. Contact the customs officials in your country for the best information on customs policies, handling and fees.
Customs officials of all countries are authorized to, and sometimes do open packages for inspection. This can result in long delays, packages being returned to us, or, in a few cases, some packages have disappeared.
We also are not responsible for any orders delayed, confiscated or seized by foreign customs or governments.
Though we do our best to package international orders in such a way to deter them being stopped by customs, there is no way that we can guarantee this. Also, we legally have to include a description of the contents on all international orders. Our descriptions are truthful but generic, not-sexually-related descriptions. For example, rubber plug, leather bracelets, jewelry, etc.
To prevent packages being seized by your country's customs officials and from incurring unrecoverable charges being passed onto the customer, we advise against shipping adult products to the following: Austria, Bahamas, Chile, Costa Rica, Estonia, India, Israel, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, Philippines, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
