  Do you have a store?

Nope. We're strictly an online business. We do occasionally work trade shows where you can meet us personally and buy directly at our booth. We love meeting our customers face to face, so come on out and say hi if you can.

Do you have a catalog?

Nope. We're strictly an online business for a variety of reasons; one being to ensure our product offerings and prices are always current.

If I pay for my order using a credit card, how will it show up on my statement?

We respect your privacy and try to be as discreet as possible. The charge will show on your statement as "ONLINE STOREFRONT, INC 4155133103"

How are orders shipped?

All orders from Leatherpost.com are shipped in plain packaging using a return address of "LP". Furthermore, we do not give, rent, or sell customer information to other companies, or share any of your private information with anyone outside our company.

What is your policy regarding Returns and Exchanges?

Generally, merchandise may be returned within 15 days. Determined by a case-by-case basis, merchandise costs and taxes will be refunded by method paid, however there will be no refund on shipping charges. Additionally, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, and at our option we may charge a 15% restocking fee for returned or exchanged items.

Videos, DVD's & Books:
Exchanges permitted if the original product is defective. If the item is found to be defective, the item will be exchanged for the same item you purchased. To qualify for an exchange in this category, you must notify us at service@leatherpost.com within 15 days of the date that it was delivered to you (delivery date is based upon the date provided by our postal vendor's tracking system). All exchanges must be returned within 15 days after the date you contact us regarding the defect in its original packaging.

Toys & Novelty:
All toys & novelty sales are final. We will gladly exchange defective merchandise. To qualify for an exchange in this category, you must notify us at service@leatherpost.com within 15 days of the date that it was delivered to you (delivery date is based upon the date provided by our postal vendor's tracking system). All exchanges must be returned within 15 days of the date you contact us regarding the defect and must be accompanied by its original packaging. Oils, lubricants and cleaning supplies items may not be exchanged.

Clothing:
Exchanges are permitted provided items are not worn or damaged. Clothing items may be exchanged for any other merchandise in the online store. Items for exchange must be returned within 15 days of delivery. To qualify for an exchange in this category, you must notify us at service@leatherpost.com within 15 days of the date that it was delivered to you (delivery date is based upon the date provided by our postal vendor's tracking system). Condoms:
I think I would honestly be shocked if anyone was to ask what the return policy is on this. However, if the box is unopened and you have simply changed your mind, why not.
